by Larson Gross

Bellingham, WA • October 13, 2026 — Larson Gross, a West Coast accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce that the ScaleUp Financial Solutions team officially joined Larson Gross effective October 2, 2026.

The ScaleUp team brings deep expertise and a strong commitment for personalized, relationship-driven client service, providing a full range of fractional CFO, controller, and outsourced accounting services to growing businesses. ScaleUp provides strategic finance, forecasting, KPI tracking, capital advisory and M&A support — giving companies executive-level financial leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time CFO. ScaleUp helps clients move beyond historical reporting to real financial visibility, with the forecasting discipline and guidance leaders need to strengthen performance, allocate capital and make confident decisions at every business stage.

This integration reflects Larson Gross’s continued commitment to thoughtful growth that expands access to specialized consulting expertise and advisory resources while maintaining a client-first approach.

“We’re excited to welcome the ScaleUp team to the Larson Gross family of brands,” said Kelli Visser, CEO of Larson Gross. “Their deep expertise and client-first mindset, plus strong brand reputation in the marketplace, supports our growth strategy to expand service offerings while also serving clients in a high-touch, relationship-centered manner.”

ScaleUp will continue serving their clients with the same relationships and individualized support they know today, now with access to a broader team of professionals, expanded service capabilities and additional technology resources through Larson Gross. Clients gain a deeper bench across tax, audit, valuation and technology consulting.

“We’re thrilled to join Larson Gross and the Current platform, which will provide the next layer of technology solutions and infrastructure support for all our clients. Beyond the resources, our firm cultures are highly aligned — they share our belief in delivering individualized high-touch service while embracing the rapid change AI is having on our industry and evolving how we use technology to continue to deliver real value to clients. That alignment makes this a seamless fit for ScaleUp,” said Rachel Williams, Founder, ScaleUp Financial Solutions.

Looking ahead

The ScaleUp brand will remain as part of the Larson Gross family of brands. Clients should anticipate a smooth transition, with their existing team remaining their primary point of contact and additional Larson Gross specialists available as needs evolve. The combination also provides ScaleUp access to Larson Gross’s investments in AI, automation and other modern technology designed to improve efficiency and create more time for the insight, judgment and personal service clients value.
