Electronically Delivering Your Tax Return With SafeSend Returns
At Larson Gross, we’re always embracing technology and identifying innovative ways to deliver an improved experience for our clients. To electronically deliver your tax return, we’ve partnered with industry-leader, SafeSend Returns. This system allows us to send your return securely and includes easy-to-follow instructions for you to process your return in just a few minutes.
Following is a snapshot of what the tax return delivery process looks like:
Your Return Is Ready: You’ll receive an email from [email protected] notifying you that we’re completed your return. You’ll notice our Larson Gross name and logo in the email and a safe link to access your tax return.
Use Your Access Code: When you click on the link in the email, you’ll be sent a separate email with a Secure Access Code, which is required to view and download your return.
View Your Return: Once you’ve entered the code and access is granted, the system will walk you through the short and easy steps to view and process your return.
Sign Your E-File Form: If you’re an individual, you can electronically sign and submit your e-file authorization form back to us through the system. If you are a business, you will be required to download, print and manually sign the e-file authorization form, you’ll be required to return the form back to us in one of the following ways:
- Upload the form using this new system (we’ll be notified when you do);
- Send us the form via email; or
- Drop the form into one of our secure drop boxes at each of our office locations.
