THE DECISION

Why did Blume Keeney choose to partner with Larson Gross?

Shared values and a client-first culture drove the decision.

We were intentional about finding a firm that shared our commitment to our clients, our people, and the relationships we’ve built. Larson Gross stood out for its similar approach to client service, honest and timely communication, and commitment to being an advisor throughout the year. This also gives our clients access to a larger team of professionals across a broader range of specialties, while we continue providing the personal service you expect.

What is the benefit to me as a client?

More resources, without losing the relationship you value.

You’ll continue to have people who know you and understand your history, with the added benefit of a larger team and broader expertise: access to specialists as your needs grow, additional advisory support throughout the year, stronger technology and systems, and greater continuity for the future.

YOUR TEAM & SERVICES

Will I still work with the people I know?

Yes.

You should continue working with the familiar professionals who understand you, your business, and your history.

Does this mean I will be transferred to someone at Larson Gross?

Not simply because of the partnership.

Our goal is to preserve relationships that already work well. We may introduce a Larson Gross specialist because that person has experience that can help. Think of it as adding expertise to your team, not handing you off.

What additional services does Larson Gross offer?

A broader team of specialists across tax, advisory, and more.

Depending on your needs: tax planning and compliance, financial statement and assurance, client accounting and advisory services, business advisory, valuation and succession planning, personal financial advisory, and technology/managed IT services. Start with the person you already know; we’ll bring in the right resources when a need arises.

Will the services I currently receive change?

Not simply because of the partnership.

We’ll continue evaluating your needs the way we always have. If we see an opportunity to improve service or involve specialized expertise, we’ll talk with you about it; we recommend services because they make sense for you, not because they’re available.

Who should I contact when I have a question

Your existing team remains your starting point.

Please continue reaching out to the people you normally contact at Blume Keeney. If your question needs another area of expertise, we’ll coordinate internally and connect you with the right person.

FEES & BILLING

Will my fees increase? What should I expect to pay?

No blanket fee change from the partnership itself.

Our partnership will not cause an increase to your fees. Your fees will continue to be based on the value of the services we provide, complexity, time and expertise required, and scope of engagement. If a change in your needs would meaningfully affect fees, our goal is to discuss that proactively rather than surprise you with an invoice. Questions about your specific engagement? Will I need to sign a new engagement letter

You may; we’ll walk you through it.

As Blume Keeney becomes part of Larson Gross, the engagement letters you originally signed with us will be assigned to Larson Gross Advisors or Larson Gross Assurance. Nothing changes about the work or the people you rely on. In the normal course of business, when engagement letters next go out, we’ll provide you with a new Larson Gross letter to review and sign. We’ll explain what’s needed and give you a contact for any questions, so there are no surprises.

Will my billing or payment process change?

Possibly, as we transition systems, with clear instructions first.

If invoicing, payment destinations, or payment methods change, you’ll receive specific instructions. Until then, continue following the payment instructions on your current invoice.

SYSTEMS & RECORDS

Is anything changing immediately?

For most clients, the transition should feel seamless.

No, you will continue working with your existing team. Over time you may notice updates to our name, email, technology, portals, invoicing, or engagement letters, with clear instructions and plenty of notice whenever action is required.

Will the office remain open? Will web, email, or phone numbers change

Our Everett office continues serving clients from its current location.

Our exact location is still being finalized as we may have the opportunity to relocate to a new space in downtown Everett. That said, for now you can still find us at our current address, and we will be sure to give you plenty of notice if we do move. Our website will transition to the Larson Gross website (https://larsongross.com), and you’ll start seeing our emails come from our new Larson Gross addresses: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. Don’t worry: anything sent to our former email address will still be forwarded to us.

Will the client portal or how I send documents change

It may; step-by-step instructions will come first.

As systems integrate, we may transition to Larson Gross technology for documents, signatures, or payments. Until you receive instructions, please continue using your existing process.

What happens to my previous records and information?

Your history and context will be transferred to Larson Gross.

Larson Gross Advisors LLC will retain custody of all files. Both Larson Gross Assurance PLLC and Larson Gross Advisors LLC will comply with the same confidentiality obligations with respect to your information. If you object to your files being transferred to Larson Gross Advisors LLC, please let us know immediately. If we do not receive any such objections within 90 days from the date of this notice, we will presume you have no objection.

LOOKING AHEAD

What if I have concerns about the transition?

Please tell us.

Honest, timely communication matters to both Blume Keeney and Larson Gross. If you have questions, simply reach out to the team member you normally work with at Blume Keeney.

What should I do right now?

Continue working with us just as you normally would.

We’ll communicate directly as integration milestones approach and will clearly identify anything that requires action on your part. We’re grateful for your trust and look forward to continuing our relationship with the added resources of Larson Gross behind us
